Paris journals of yesterday announce that BL de Falloux has

definitively resigned: the Ordre admits the fact, and attributes it to his bad health.

Letters from Vienna, of the 21st, transmitted by special express to the Times office, announce that a Russian courier had arrived at Vienna, with despatches stating that the Czar would "not persist in demanding the ex- tradition of his subjects now residing in Turkey, provided no menacing interference took place on the part of a great European Power, which is, it seems in the Emperor's opinion, but indirectly concerned in the mooted question."
