A revolution has broken out in Greece against the Government,

which is itself, of course, revolutionary in origin. The news is -heavily censored, but it seems that the Government has been successful in suppressing most of the concerted risings, except in the Peloponnese. The Times correspondent says that there are some 25,000 rebels in the Peloponnese. Will there be a new Peloponnesian War ? * * * *
