By following Mr. Cummings's system, every man can become his own masseur and thus avoid pay- ment (except, of course, the initial 8s. 6d. for the volume). In six months' time, after we have conscientiouslypractised the prescribed exercises, we shall be able to inform our readers whether the Cummings road to health is a first, second or third-class road. But in the meantime we merely envy the author the fascinating experience of being photo- graphed in sixty-nine different positions.
