THE UNIVERSITIES.

Oxcoan, February 21.—At a meeting of the electors to the Lectureship of Moral Philosophy, founded by Dr. Thomas White holden this day, the Rev. William Mills, 11.1). and Fellow of Magdalen College, was appointed to that office.
