TILE COURT-MARTIAL.

It was sent from the house of Mr. Daniel Fripp, Berkeley Square. Touching this letter, the following extraordinary evidence was given by Mr. Golney and Mr. Harris, the bearers of it—

MR. COLISEY EXAMINED.

"0. When CaptainWarrington stated to you that he would not act without a magis- trate to go every inch of the ground with him, did you make ;my reply, or take any measure to communicate to the Mayor, or the Magistrates, what Captain Warrington bail stated?"

"A. No; I did not. I did not know where to tied any other magistrate than the Mayor ; and the 31,1yor had particularly requested me, through Mr. Daniel Fripp, not to satVion where he was."

WINTOUN T-IARRIS JUN. EXAMINED.

"Q. Did you take any means to apprize any magistrate that Captain Warrington was willing to turn out u 'tit his troop, if a magistrate wouitt accompany him?" "A. 1 did. not know whero to find. any magis!rate, except the .3-lagor ; and Mr. Galleg nn I IhilWif were tsgurstrd not to say where do was."

The evidence yesterday was chiefly directed to the strange charge against Captain Warrington, that, having been on duty all Saturday, all Saturday night, and all Sunday, and being fatigued and ill, belay (IOW!' for an hour or two, Cornet Kelson having engaged that be should be instantly called if required. The prosecution closed yesterday. Captain Warrington will proceed with his defence on Monday. On Thursday, at the Court-Martial on Captain Warrington, Mr. Pinney was examined respecting the letter sent to the Captain, and delivered to him by Mr. Golney, surgeon. Mr. Pinney put in it copy, which run thus—
