Mr. WENTWORTH BEAUMONT has written to the Morning Chro- nicle,

that he shall move, and Mr. FITZSTEPHEN FRENCH will second, an amendment to the Address, "that Tithes be immediately abolished in Ireland as an impost for the payment of an Established Church, and that a suitable provision from the State be (Wired to the ministers of the Protestant and Catholic religion." Mr. BEAUMONT says that the future application of tithes may be the subject of another arrangement.
