query in your review of Professor McDougall's National Welfare and National Decay as to some piece of "eugenic literature" or record of "dynasties of talent," there is at least one book which deserves mention in this connexion, viz., Notable Families (Modern Science): an index to kinships in near degrees between persons whose achievements are honourable and have been publicly rewarded.
