Colonial and Camp Sanitation. By George Vivian Poore, M.D. (Longman

and Co. 2s. net.)—Dr. Poore continues to insist—and he cannot do a better service to the health of the community—on the advantages of earth sanitation. The present system of water sewage commonly finds friends in diocesan surveyors, District Council officials, and other persons, prejudiced or interested; and we want insistence on the more excellent way. The title indi- cates the special matters to which Dr. Poore devotes this treatise, but what he says is of very wide application.
