The accounts from Spain, received this morning, lead us to

expect another important action between the Royalists and the Rebels in the course of a few days. The army of General EVANS has been rein. forced by Spanish detachments, and by parties of British Marines, landed by Lord Jolts HAY. It is supposed that an attack on the whole of the Carlist lines is meditated ; and Lord JOIIN HAY is cruising off the coast, evidently with the view of cooperating with the army on shore. The Bayonne correspondeat of the Tones says, that CORDOVA had orders from the Queen to attempt nothing decisive as long as slue Was controlled by Ministers whom "citeumstances had forced upon her." If this should be credited at Madrid, the Queen's position wilt become extremely hazardous.
