The Adelaide Procter Birthday - Book, compiled by "F. G." (Bell and

Sons), sufficiently describes its purpose by its title. It is a very neat little volume, well printed, and on good paper, and of a size to be conveniently carried in the pocket. A birthday- book, to be worked really well, should always be at hand. A person with the art of being gracefully importunate might thus make a very interesting volume.

We have received a volume of In His Name : the Ragged School and Mission Union Record, containing two volumes (1890-1891) in one.
