The Tories keep on affirming that the Liberals have won

the little boroughs, and they themselves the large ones. The statement is utterly unfounded, the broad fact being that we may abolish the boroughs under 20,000 population, yet reduce our majority in England by only 19. Here are the boroughs :— Population above 100,000— L. C. Liberal Majority.
