Lord Cloncurry has a letter in the Chronicle this morning,

written at Versailles, the gist of which is to contrast the results of Louis Philippe's government, in the improving condition of the French people, with the miserable state of Ireland ; the inference being, that Ireland needs something different from State prosecutions.
