Taki's 'friend'

From Mr Timothy York Sir: Taki's reference to his 'friend' Tommy Madigan, the great Aussie boxer (High life, 30 September), suggests this friendship was not on a first-name basis. For Tommy, read Tony. Never mind, Tony has probably for- gotten his friend's second name.
