on your short answer to Mr. W. A. Thomson in your issue of September 21st, and add, that I fancy that for every subscriber you may lose, by openness and frankness on matters of sex, or indeed on any other subject, you will gain at least two ? The days of hypocrisy and taboo are fast vanishing—and many of us who are getting towards the end of our journey are glad

that we have lived long enough to see this era of frankness.
