Prince Albert completed his twenty-first year on Wednesday. The parish-bells ushered in the morning with merry peals. The West-end of the town presented a more than usually animated appearance. At ten o'clock, a grand military inspection of the Household troops took place in the Park in honour of the day, at which several general officers were present. In the evening, the various tradesmen of his Royal Highness illuminated their houses, and some of the club-houses and public buildings were also lighted up in honour of the occasion.
