James Henderson, Esq.', of Circus Road, Regent's Park, his Majesty's Consul-General at Bogota, was proposed as a candidate for election. - A paper was read "On the probable Electric Origin- of all tha Phenomena of Terrestrial Magnetism, with an illustrative Experiment," by Peter Barlow, Esq., F.R.S., &c.
