BARCLAY PERKINS' Paovirs.

The Report of Barclay Perkins & Co. for the past year shows that profits (£279,593) were a little smaller than for the previous year, but the Report is, nevertheless, quite a good one, and the directors are again able to recommend a final dividend on the ordinary shares, making 11 per cent. for the year, and after transferring £10,000 to Property and Contingency Reserve, to carry forward a balance of £66,287. Moreover, it must be remembered that the Report does not show the results of the recent acquisition of the controlling interest in the brewery business of Messrs. Style & Winch, Ltd., of Maidstone.
