Miss Aileen Marson, who is playing the title-role in Vicky,

at the Garrick, is a young woman of enterprise as • well as talent, and. I shall be surprised it much more is not heard . of her, even if little more is heard of the amusing but jejune play in which she is at present figuring. There is a convincing simplicity about her acting which may perhaps be ascribed to her schooling by Fri ulein Leontine Sagan in Ml dchen in Uniform, and it appears that it was the money she was able to save while acting for films that enabled her to finance Vicky. It is a gallant adventure, whatever comes of it,—for Miss Marson is no more than twenty-one.
