SIR,—May I endorse the suggestion made by 7anus that Sir William Reid Dick's design for the statue of President Roosevelt be reconsidered? Truly the President made of his life a ccurageous achievement, for the infirmity with which he was afflicted would have put others to despair ; his was a mighty example, and surely that is the way we should also remember him—not as a great president only, but as a brave man.—I am,
