Lynch -mob liberals

Front Professor Gerard A. O'Donovan.

Sir: May I make a brief comment on your section in the erudite/conservative The Spectator from September 15 issue, by one Al Capp, entitled "The American Scene: Lynch mob liberals." Al, whom I have heard until I learned from a " professor " Irwin Corey Poor Al, He deserves himself and that is more than any one can bear."

His opening invective (may I say libelous?) against Mr David Broder borders on the insane. Cheesman got the shaft and our President Nixon literally declared Manson a murderer on TV far in advance of the trial. Manson is crazy and such people should be cared for, instead of B-52's maybe!

That Mr Capp uses Jackie Kennedy and her total trite trivial " bumkurn " as a comparison for blatant lies by everyone perhaps excluding Dean — wow. The President owes America a full explanation. Mr Capp, you need a rest. How well do you know Cambodia area? There! The income tax deduction by Proxmire (hair transplanted from

has left and then right and then to be placed on his balding scalp) has opened up a WHOLE new industry in the hair business. It was a magnificent idea.

Anyway, the British make up their own minds and if Al Capp has a majority, since I left then things have a'changed. Al has had few "hairy " deductions himself but who cares. Nixon has more than a few white houses and one wonders how and cares less:, he was destined to be born a loser and losers never change their habits. Did you ever see a selling plater win the Derby? OR the St Leger for that matter?

I have said enough, I won't type this but be so kind as to send, my once enjoyable friend, a copy. Space permitting, edit, enter, or throw away. Spectator always gets the final punch! It is not coincidence and if it is why admit anyway, that the crashed old RAF plane is but a vestige of the USA Government, which Al purports to support.
