After a month and more of negotiations, offers, promises, and

diplomacy of all kinds, on Thursday the King of the Belgi.. appointed the followmg as Ministers-

Premier—M. Dechamps as Minister of Foreign Affairs, now Minister of •Public Works.

Interior—M. Van de Weyer, the present Ambassador in London.

Public Works—M. D'Eloffschmidt.

Finance—M. Miaow, the present Governor of Antwerp.

Justice-51. D'Anethom.

War—M. Dupont.

In Brussels it was not considered probable that this Ministry would be able to habgether beyond the opening of the Chambers in October or November next.I.Whatl already acquired the nickname of the " Ministere de transition." It is observed that M. Van de Vi'eyer's establishment in Portland Place has been reduced, and it is undeortood that he will not return to this country in his diplomatic capacity.
