THE ALLEGED DUBLIN SUICIDE.

[TO THE EDITOR or THE EIPECTATO11."] Sin,--With reference to the supposed suicide in Dublin, I wish to say that your correspondent, who writes from the University Club here, is in error. The Social Review is not responsible for what is described as a fabrication. The thing appeared first in the Dublin Figaro. It was entirely the crea- tion of the editor's imagination, and was meant as a skit on the insurance-coupon system, as any one with an ounce of moi4' could have seen.—I am, Sir, &c., Dublin, November 27th. CHARLES DUNNE.
