OUR ABERDARE FUND [To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] Sm,—Will

you please thank your readers who have so kindly responded to my appeal on January 19th for books for the Cwmaman Miners' Welfare Halls and Institute. I have received altogether about 140 books and magazines to date. I have individually thanked everyone who enclosed their names and addresses in the parcels, but to those who sent parcels without names I will ask you through the Spectator to tender my heartfelt thank4 fOr their kindnesi. As I wrote to a Lady in North Wales who sent me a parcel : "melus moes eto," which being interpreted literally means " Sweet, give again." Thanking you for all you are doing
