Sir: Roy Wallis again reveals his inability to bring a sociologist's oblec" tivity to his subject. The somewhat sensation0 approach of Wallis to this affair ti, er'n, use of twisted logic, loaded innrre ' does in his review; this is the sa on approach which led Kenneth Robins (an ex president of the NAMH) to imPose repressive legislation on foreign Members of the Church of Scientology in 1968. This particularly distasteful !elm of religious discrimination is still 'a operation today in the name of the British people. Foreign Scientologists are still refused entry into this country s°1elY on the basis of their beliefs. It surprises me that the public doesn't tire of reading these stale old tirades against the Church of Scient°106Y. Book reviewers are book reviewers and religious intolerance should really be kept for the Hyde Park Ce'rrier soap box.
