The Birmingham correspondent of the Times, writing yesterday evening, says

the meeting of Chartists at Holloway Head that day to petition for the pardon of Messrs. Frost, Williams, and Jones, was miserably attended. John Collins occupied the chair; and amongst the principal speakers was O'Neil, a Scotch Delegate. Petitions to the Queen having been adopted, the meeting broke up very peaceably.
