ALDERMAN WINCHESTER AND Tat: TRUE SUN.—We mentioned, at the time when it was made, the application of Alderman Winchester and others for a criminal information against Mr. Grant, the proprietor of the True Sun. Cause was shown against the rule on Monday and on Thursday; when Lord Tenterden declared the judgment of the Court to be, that the rule should be made absolute. The case will therefore fall to be settled by a Jury.
