The summer is still benefiting the Emperor Frederick, who was

to be removed yesterday from Charlottenburg to the New Palace at Potsdam. The Emperor now drives abroad, and attends to mach business, having even, it is said, severely censured Herr Puttkammer, Prussian Minister of the Interior, for interfering in the elections. There is, however, no improvement in the local disease.
