Beef does not go off very readily to-day, although the supply is limited ; 4s. 23. is the very highest quotation for prime Seats. Mutton is also dull in sale, and barely main- tains the figures of last market. Veal has a tolerable demand upon the same terms as Monday. Lamb is heavy at a reduction of 4d. per stone. Pork is at Is. 4d. for Use qualities.
