The Duke of Wellington yesterday attained the seventy-seventh year of

his age. The Hereditary Prince of Saxe Meiningen left Marlborough House yesterday afternoon, for the Continent.

The Times states that pensions of 5,0001. a year to Viscount Hardinge and Lord Gough will be the Ministerial proposal on Monday. It is also said that the East India Company are to display their accustomed liberality towards the same parties; the probability being that Viscount Hardinge will have a pension of 5,000/. a year, and the Commander-in-chief one of 2,0001.; making from both sources 10,000/. a year to the one, and 7,0001. to the other.
