[TO THE EDITOR 07 THE "SPECTATOM."]

SIR,—I see in your paper of Saturday last a letter signed by " A Scotswoman," in which she says " At the end of the Ardlamont case the late Lord Kingsburgh, then Lord Justice-Clerk," did so and so. Your correspondent cannot really be a Scotswoman up to date, for I had the pleasure of seeing and talking to Lord Kingsburgh on Thursday last in Edinburgh.—I am, Sir,
