On Monday Lord Melbourne, and on Tuesday Lord Palmerston,

wept to Windsor, on a visit to the Queen. • The King and Queen of the Belgians, having reached Ramsgate on Monday, arrived at Windsor Castle on Tuesday afternoon.

Queen Victoria walks on the terrace of Windsor frequently. Her Majesty commonly wears a dress of black silk, and a bonnet of whim chip.
