Stanford's New Map of the County of London. (E. Stanford.

From 15s. in portfolio to £6 on spring rollers.)—This map needs no praise. It is sufficient to describe it. The scale, then, is four inches to the mile, as liberal an allowance as is possible without making the whole thing unwieldy. There are twenty sheets, and an index map. It shows the borough boundaries, marks in different colours the parks and open spaces controlled or not controlled by the County Council, displays main roads in brown, and gives heights above sea leveL It is an admirable bit of work.
