CURRENT LITERATURE.

The New House of Commons, July, 1892. With Biographical Notices of its Members, Recorded Polls, Comparisons with Pre- vious Elections, and Statistical Analysis. Reprinted from the Times. (Macmillan and Co.)—This is a very timely publication. We have all studied it as it appeared day by day in the Times, and have admired the ability of the forecast which so well foreshadowed the actual results; but it is impossible to refer back to so many bulky Times's, and a very great convenience to have the results in so small a compass, and for so moderate a price.
