DOCTORS AND THE PUBLIC

Snt,—May I affirm that, within my own experience, doctors arc the least among all the professions to merit the charge of " commercialism "? I agree, as Dr. Harold H. Sanguinetti states in your issue of June 16th, that " some of the profession are far less commercial in their outlook than the public they strive to serve." And the " some " are quite numerous, as'I have proved when seeking medical aid for the afflicted impecunious.
