Accounts have been received front New York to the 24th

February. The Coercion Bill for Carolina had passed the Senate ; but the new Tariff Bill was still under discussion in the House of Representatives. It was supposed that neither would become a law during this Session. The President was continuing his preparations to compel the Caro- linians to submit to his authority. There is no news from Charleston.
