Perry and Co.'s I3ostonite Petpetual Diary. The Bostonite slate, tablets,

and diary before us are exceedingly convenient, as the Bos- tanks material is of a kind on which it is as easy to rub out com- pletely what you have written without rendering the surface less clean for the future, as it is with common slates. Moreover, as com- pared with ivory tablets, "Bostonite" has very great advantages. The ivory tablet, pretty as it is, is very unpleasant to write upon. Bos- tenite is as easy and pleasant to write upon as the finest cardboard.
