like to know whether or no this is a true story. Inter esting in any case, it would then be a remarkable record of ex- perience. In such experiences we heartily believe. If we differ from Mr. Bullen's view of them, it is in this, that he seems to hold that no man can be "a Christian" without them. If "Alec," a right-living man, who knew what place religion should have in life, " was not yet a Christian," then there are " few that be saved."
