SIR,—May I through your columns be allowed to inform Old Haileyburians and others connected with the school that a memorial fund is. being raised to perpetuate the memory of the Rev. Arthur Gray Butler, the first Head-Master of the school P It is proposed that the memorial should take the form of (a) a mural tablet in ehapel, corresponding to those erected to the memories of Dr. Bradby and he Rev. 'Mines

Robertson ; (b) an exhibition to be held at the school. Subscriptions may be sent to any of the following :—The Rev. St. J. B. Wynne Willson, Master of Haileybnry College, Hertford; the Rev. H.
