At two o'clock to-day, the only Country mails due were
from Edin- burgh, Glasgow, and Halifax. Part only of the Dover mail remained to be received. The Foreign mails not arrived were one each from Paris, Lisbon, Hamburg, La Guayra, and two from Holland.
