Keynes and von Mises

Sir: I congratulate you on publishing Peter Lilley's article on 'Rebellion and conformism in Keynes', including his reference— though regrettably only a passing, unrepeated, reference—to von Mises.

Considering all the attention that has been given to Keynes over a period of thirty years or more, it is surely high time that full public discussion should be focused on the work of the late Ludwig Mises, his eminent and, as Yet, unrefuted critic.

I am a regular reader of your excellent paper and I cannot believe I am the only one to look forward with lively anticipation to a comprehensive review in your columns of such works by von Mises as Human Action, Socialism,Bureaucracy, etc, which constitute a body of doctrine formidable and challenging and, more significantly, of particular relevance to the current discussion of Keynes and Keynesianism.
