We learn from the French papers of Thursday, that, having

been questioned in the Chamber of Deputies on Wednesday, the Minister of the Interior declined to state any particulars respecting the negotiations between France and Morocco; but denied that England had any hand in creating whatever misunderstanding there might be.

It was stated in Paris, on Thursday, that the French Government had received a semi-official announcement that Queen Victoria would not visit France during the present season.
