Letters from Odessa, dated the 18th September, mention that the

crops in Podolia and the Ukraine are the most abundant ever remembered. Bad roads, however, impede the conveyance of the grain to port.

The last accounts from America have sensibly affected the corn mar- ket; the price of wheat at Mark Lane having fallen one shilling, and barley two shillings the quarter.
