Mr. Neate, it appears, Radical-Liberal candidate, once un- seated, will

be returned for Oxford ; Mr. Hayter, son of the Whig whip, seems secure for Windsor; and a vacancy has just been -caused at Andover by the death of Mr. Cubitt. It is believed that he will be succeeded by a near relative, but no writ will be granted until Parliament meets. There has been an unusual mortality among members this recess.
