SIR,—A welcome sign in the right direction is evident from the latest communications from Benguella, to the effect that the chief emigration agent there has been recalled, and is now in Lisbon. The material fruits of the agitation are possibly now within prospect of ripening, for this indicates at least an auspicious suspension of activity in recruiting.--I am, Sir, &c., ALSO A SPECTATOR.
