[We have had so many letters referring to our General Know- ledge Questions in last week's issue that we find it advisable to draw our readers' attention to their title, " Wars and Rumours of Wars." We considered this sufficient indication that the questions referred to rumours which, however absurd. were current at the time, and not to matters of fact.—En. Spectator.]
