Croekford's Clerical Directory, 1918-17. (The Field and Queen. 20s.) —The

current Crockford has reached us, an invaluable volume for reference in its sphere. We see many times in the place of an address or usual cure the words " British Expeditionary Force " or " H.M.S. ," and there is a reference in the preface to the need for more chaplains ; but there seems to be no statement of the numbers and no list of the clergy serving with H.M. Forces, though it would have been of particular interest.
