The pleadings in the Banda and Birwee case have ended,

greatly to the disgust of counsel and relief of the rest of mankind. Dr. Lushington will take time to consider his judgment, and was on the final day very properly complimented for his patience. The task of the Speaker is a joke to his, for members have visually something to say, and counsel in this ewe had not. They had only to seem to say something.
