King of Spain as yet in an exceedingly precarious state, and expresses great doubts whether the party.of the Queen will be able to bear up against the influence of the Carlists, should FERDINAND drop. They can only do so by rallying 'on their side the whole of the Liberalg. The recent changes have caused a great sensation throughout the country, and at the sea-ports a very pleasing one.
