Sir PULTENEY MALcorm had a long conference last night with Prince TALLEYEAND, on the subject of the expedition. We under- stand that at this interview all the difficulties that existed, as to the mode in which the two fleets are to be commanded, were satisfactorily removed.

Baron By' Low was with the French Ambassador at a very late hour last night; but, contrary to expectation, he had not received any .despatches from Berlin.

M. VAN DER WEYER'S despatches from Brussels state, that not the slightest expectation is entertaihe0 by the Belgiaii Government of any concession by the King of Holland.
