The powerful steam-ship Perth arrived this morning from Dundee, after

a most tempestuous voyage. Among her passengers were the Earl of Camperdown, Sir H. Duncau, Lady Maria Ogilby, Admiral Thomson, amid other persons of distinction. We observe that the Athol steamer, from Dundee to Newcastle, foundered on Monday. Indeed, none but first-rate vessels, such as the Dundee steamers, ought to put to sea in sucb tremendous weather.
